I met the BBK's at South Jordan park for our 3x 5k's run.  I ran the first one as a warm up.  Average pace 8:56.  The next one I started a little slower then tried to really push it.  Those miles were 7:47, 7:26 and 7:00.  Then I cooled down for a minute.  The last one I ran with Cheris, Michelle M., and Dean.  We pushed hard for 2 and ran the last mile a little slower.  Then I ran little more with Peggy to cool down.  Those miles 8:06, 7:34,  7:46  and 9:00 pace for the last .75.  I felt really good today.  It makes me wish I could go run a real 5k or 10k this week.  I think I could probably set a new PR.  Average pace for the last 6.75 miles was 7:46.
