I ran 16 miles this morning with Michelle N.  We started at my house and went up 11800 to 3600 W.  The we went over to 9800 S. and up to Glenmore.  The first 8 miles were mostly uphill.  I was very tired the last few miles.  We ran 3 minutes faster on the way back.  This was my first week ever to hit the 60 mile mark.  Average pace 8:52.

Way to go hitting 60! That is quite an accomplishment.
