I met the BBK's at RHS.  We warmed up for a little over 3 miles.  Then we went to the track.  We did a couple of laps with fast straights and slow curves.  Then the main workout:  We did 10 x 400's with 200 m recoveries.  My 400's were:

1. 1:38, 2. 1:42, 3. 1:40, 4. 1:43, 5. 1:39

6. 1:41, 7. 1:39, 8. 1:46, 9. 1:41, 10. 1:41

I don't know if that is a good pace for me or not.  Each time I ran the 400 I would think about my daughter Taylor and wonder how in the world she could run that in 56 seconds.  She does not get her speed from me.  Her dad is a much better sprinter.

56 seconds???? That is absolutely incredible. Holy cow. I can not imagine cutting 1/3 of my time off on that. Amazing.
