Cheris and I ran 5 easy recovery miles in 44 minutes. I don't have any soreness from the marathon. I'm looking forward to starting our training for the St. George marathon. We plan on running a lot more miles this time.
Hey Julie, that is great just don't add miles to fast. Good luck in your training this summer and I look forward to seeing you smash your PR at SG this year.
