Met the BBK's at Elk Ridge Middle School.  Warmed up for 2.5 with Jody, Mike and Walter.  Then met up with the rest of the group.  We made our way up to the hill by the park.  Then we did several hill sprints and ran back.  The air was yucky and hard to breathe.  We had a big group today.  It was fun.
