**Isla is doing this super fun thing where she doesn't sleep at all during the night. So I don't know when I will get a decent morning run in.

Saw a lot of struggling today but also saw a ton of grit. I did not feel great but tried to do the full workout even if my “race pace” was super slow today. Mirrored the boys all workout. 7.61 miles
