AM- Ran 15ish with Boz 👑. Then slow struggle to keep up with boys. Ended up with the girls for the last mile. Wish I would’ve run more this morning. 4.6 miles 

PM- Ran from the freeway exit and took the long way to my parents. Caught a random lip on a wood bridge and got tripped up. Smashed my phone pretty good. 4.03 miles
