AM- Progression run (kind of) with Rush, Trevor, and Mason. Headed out 20 minutes then decided I should turn around before I got smoked. Jason found me on the return trip to the school. Perfect weather and amazing day for our distance crews! 7.45 miles 

AM2- Ran with the boys before the 800. They all crushed it! 1.55 miles
