Total Distance
6.08

Dirty Nate and the Boys (and Vanessa). Found Mud Cave. Just had to trek through the jungle. Also hit a marathon tempo mile on the track. Ran a 6:06 so I guess my marathon time will be significantly faster than originally planned. 6.08 miles

Ride 18 (Orange) Miles: 6.08
Weight: 195.00
