AM- warm up on my own. .71

AM2- Green Springs. Fun run up with Vanessa and Tevye. Hit some strides on the way back. 6.44 miles 

PM- Inside Run. Classic indoor (lightning) run. Think I took 3rd behind BUNGUS and BUNS. Added a loop outside with a couple of rain drops. 4.17 miles
