AM- Turf and Tea. Ran with Ada, Addilyn, and Lydia to get caught up on the tea. Then caught up to the rest of the girls down to the Dino Wash. Talked with Vanesa on the way back. 3.47 miles 

PM- Like the way things are going after thinking my body was broken for a little bit. Threw in some light speed and had to work with some head wind. Out towards Wal-Mart and back. 3.29 miles
