Decided to run up from the Falls Park to turn on my speaker for my sub. Tripped on an electrical box that was barely sticking out of the ground. You can see by my first couple of miles I was shuffling. Ran some coach laps with Mama W. Then got the band together towards Wal-Mart. Extended to Hell Hole with David and back to the car. Feeling good while also feeling crappy. 9.54 miles
