AM- Jake Carry Me? Woke up feeling like trash. No sleep and Trey being sick got me. Down to the river with da boys. Quite enjoyed a non Saturday morning run. Ran up trail to nowhere and Jake wouldn’t carry me. Coulda used him on the strides. 7.12 miles
PM- I hoped feeling like garbage all morning would be chill when I purposefully made myself sick during the race…….Was staying competitive until I drank my 3rd can. I threw up 50 meters into the 3rd lap. I didn’t know I was capable of throwing up. Still jogged the last 2 laps. .99
