80 minutes//9.75 miles. On the river trail down to Sullivan. Seriously one of the best long runs ever. We also had 2x2 mile pickups at about 7:20 pace. It was real good and I felt way good! It was also the most perfect weather!

Paint the town,  short day and then the weekly meeting. THEN we did our run! It was also a great run! Grass run for 20 minutes//2.25 miles. Today was a great running day over all

55 minutes at bob Firman. Not our best race ever as a whole but it was a real good time. I ran a 19:25 (a 35 second pr) and I also was 40th place. We started at got out real bad from the start. We were right by the flags and we got shoved right to them. I should have been more aggressive and I sat for a little too long. i felt like I was really moving by the end. Overall a decent race. Much to learn, but much fun!
