| | .5 mile warmup and other warmup stuff. Then 30 minutes/3.2 miles on the turtle trail. Felt sooo great to be back and fun to see some new people out runnin! Can't wait for this season, it will be legendary.

| | We went to lake Powell and there was literally no road by where we were so we ran in the sand and on the rock. It was the hardest run of my life, but it was pretty fun. We ran up a lot of deep Sandhills and it was very hard. 35 minutes total and 3.4 miles

| | We moved the houseboat to a better spot and there was a road by we moved the houseboat to a better spot and there was a road by it it made out of sand. So that made for a much better run than yesterday. Me Ellie Addi Maycee and my Dad all ran together. It was hard and sandy, but pretty good. It wasn't too hot, because it was overcast, so that was good. I had a real good time at lake Powell except the fact that my arms are sooooo sore from kayaking so much, but it was so worth it :) 40 minutes/4 miles

| | Warmups and that jazz. then we ran down telegraph until 15 and then flipped around. 30 minutes total and then 8 Striders. Was about 3.3 miles+striders. Pretty good run, felt great and it felt great to be back to practice again today!

| | Today we met at sullivan and we ran the trail. it was loads of fun. we had a great group and the fast finish was really good! it felt really great to get the legs moving. we had 45 minutes total and 5.36 miles.
My arms are broken from the rope swing, They hurt so bad!

| | me, ellie, jacey, kaylee b, brianna and ry met at pv park and ran. we had 35 minutes with 3x3:00 pickups. the pickups were really good and we had a grand ol time :) 4.03 miles total

| | Did our warm ups and core stuff and then we went on the absolute scariest run of my whole life. We did a 20 minute warm and then we did a 25 minute tempo on the dirt mile. It was lightning and thundering really a lot and one time I sware the lighting was surrounding us and the thunder was really loud, and I thought we were dead!
Besides the Lightning, our run was real good! We got 8 miles/65 minutes. Me, Ry, Jace, and Addi were our pack today! We stayed really grouped the whole time. We started at about a 7:30 pace and worked down. Me and Jace did the whole 25 and it was really beast! I felt so good once I got over the fact that we weren't really gonna die. Then we cooled to time

| | Today was a grass run, so we went 15 minutes on the road and 15 on the grass. Then we did striders. 35 total/4.6 miles. It felt way good. A little fast, but it was fun :)
Then we had kids club. I joined the 7/8 boys and it was a blast and a half.
Weights at 3:00. They we beast. Me and Ry were partners and I am gonna be sore tomorrow, I can already feel it :)

| | 45 minutes in the morn with the ladies and roberts. It was really good! We ran to lower grapevine. It felt way good. And I learned that I can ponytail and braid my hair while running, so that's a great accomplishment.
Currently I am on a bus going to a conference. There is like 12 people.

| | I ran at our hotel in Murray today. I went 48 minutes/5.8 miles. I did 4x1:00 minute pickups.

| | Good to be back at practice. Today we met at pine view park and ran. I ran 40 minutes with the ladies. Most of the time it was me, Alli, Ry and Maycee and a few others who flipped earlier. It was pretty fun! Then we did striders. And since yesterday was supposed to be a longer run and I only went 45, I went 15 more minutes today after striders to make it longer. It felt pretty good!

| | Went camping with Macey and we got back at like 7. Then I went to dinner with my parents in Zion, because they picked me up and didn't take me home. I didn't run until 9:00. Nonetheless, it was delicious food followed by a pretty good run with my dad on the bike. We had a good chat. 50 minutes and 5.5 miles

| | Long run today. It was pretty good! Most of the time it was me, El, Jace, Ry, Add, and Roberts. we ran up grapevine and down through coral canyon and up telegraph. Then we went through the turf farm and stole some water from prestons hose. We had 4x1:00 minute pickups. I have magical brain power I found out, cuz I guessed the distance we were gonna go- 8.3 miles/75 minutes

| | Ran 15ish minutes on the road. Then 20 on the grass and then Striders. 5 miles//40 minutes today. I felt way good. During kids club I got stung by a bee, so that was pretty hurty.

| | 50 minutes easy. We ran to Middleton and back to the elementary, but we didn't go out very far and we had to add on 15 minutes. It was a pretty good, but tiring run. 5.75//50 minutes.

| | Today was a 50 minute hilly run. Most of the time it was Me, Ell, Add and Maycee Hayes. It was a pretty great run! Watch out for Maycee, cuz she's gonna give all the varsity runners a run for their money. She's a beast and works so hard! I felt way good today! Hills are definitely my fave thing about running. They feel so good! Also, shout out to Ellie for staying with me and roberts up the big hill. It was a though hill and she is speedy 51 minutes//5.75

| | Today we met at a park that I cannot currently remember the name of. It was by the Dixie center. It was a really good park with soft grass. Also, Byron was there cuz he just got off the mission. The bike trails were really fun to run on. We had a decent sized group at the beginning, but, me, El, Caroline, and Roberts completed the loop. It was a very good run. I felt super awesome! 5.4 miles on the loop in 45 minutes. Then 6 striders. Total mileage is 6.15//50 minutes

| | Me, El, Addi, Maycee, and Caroline met at a church on Bluff street and ran to chuckwalla. My knee felt super wierd on the trail, and so I flipped and Caroline came with me and we just ran on the path by the road. It was a pretty good run, except for the knee part. I iced it really a lot and it losened up a lot as the day has gone on, so that's pretty stupendous. 5.9 miles//55 minutes

| | Wow. Today was such a great run! We went 86 minutes//10 miles. We went up into greensprings and we had 5x1:00 pickups and they felt so good! This was the best, and longest long run I have done and I enjoyed it a lot! We also had a real big group today! People were finally back it town. It was a great run! :)

| | Wow today was the best run ever!! We had a 15 minute warm up to the dirt mile. Then we had a 25 minute tempo! It was so good! No one fell off of our group and we all stayed together the WHOLE time! We all encouraged each other and just had a good run. I wanted to try staying In the back of the pack because sometimes it's super hard for me to hang on back there, but now i know that I can do it! Ah, seriously the best workout ever. I enjoyed every minute of it! Then, we cooled down. 61 minutes//7.2 miles

| | am- Today I struggled a little. I was just feelin really eh. I feel bad, because i wasn't even trying to be positive, which I should have been at least trying to do. 61 minutes//6.5 miles
pm- i couldn't go to practice because I had to work. I was accidentally really dumb 3 weeks ago and scheduled for today forgetting that we were gonna start pm practice, and I couldn't change it. So alas, I missed. But i will not do that again! I ran 15 minutes by myself. I found 32¢, so that was cool. Now I can participate in 32¢ Tuesday next week! 15 minutes// 1.7 miles
