| | 6.3//55 minutes. Literally best run of the week I felt sooo much better than any of the other days. It was so great :)
We ran a trail in snow canyon at 5:20 cuz marathon aid station 22 started at 6:30

| | 75 minutes//8.5 miles. Really really great long run I felt soooo good! It was so much better than last weeks any run. I had a grand ol time. We did the parkway
20 minutes//2.2 miles. 10 on grass and 10 on road. Most hilarious run of my life. I almost died. Jessica threw a ball at Rylee's head and We splashed in he puddles at the baseball field. ANd it was so fun. I am being the little boy on emperors new groove for Halloween and unambiguously pumped. It's gonna be hilarious.

Pm- 60 minutes//7 miles 20 minute warm and then 2x2000 m repeats that was a good workout! It was so fun! They were a tad bit slow, but I was mixed in the group and led for a bit of both of them times were 8:15 for both of them. The 200's were not quite as good, but I hung in there and it a as fun cooled down for a little

| | 55 minutes at the suu meet in cedar. We tried to do razorback. But we got lost. So we ran up the canyon. It was so beautiful. I LOVE fall soooo much! We made up some really really cool running formations! They are dope and hilarious. :) I love our team soo much! We are the best!

Pm- 25 minutes//3miles best run ever! Grass run on the field. Oh man me and ry got in a puddle fight and kept splashing each other. It smelled sooo bad! It was soo gross! I wanted to die lol. It was so fun! Then 4x200

| | Am- 15 minutes easy feelin pretty good!
Pm- 15 minute warm and a few minute tempo. Then we chilled In the shade and soaked ourselves in water. We started, but we started a little slower than we normally do. I was feeling pretty good the entire race. I was 9th overall and 19:32 was the time for this course which is pretty good cuz that course is HARD! We won, which was really dope! I love our team so much! Then coach took us to get ice cream and it was real yum! It was very delicious 50 minutes//5.5 miles

Warmed up 15 minutes and got all ready for the best race ever. We seriously ran so well and it was so fun! We killed it! No close race this year! I started at a nice pace and kept progressing through the whole race. 19:09 was the time 11th was my place and our team is state champs :) our team Is so cool. I love our team and coaches so much. They are the best.
