Pm- 1,2,3,2,1 fartleks at 6:15ish pace. It was hard but I felt alright. Drove to the race and watched the races. Everyone did so good!

pm- timed mile. We started decent, maybe a bit slow but by the second lap we were going really strong. on the 3rd lap i got out in front and pushed the pace a little. I did not hold onto it the last lap, i should have and i just need to go for it! 5:30

pm- 50 minutes total. 15 minute tempo and 100/100's. 10 sets. i felt really good. on the 100's i led most of them with meskerem and caroline. it was so fun! and it felt better this week than last because they were there to do them with me

STATE (3.1 Miles) 00:19:30, Place in age division: 14 | | AM- 20 easy to shake out before we went to the state course
Pm- warmed up and I felt really good. We got into the starting place and I felt really good! Once we started, I got out good, but I should have relaxed just a little bit in the beginning and passed more in the end. I felt solid and as we started going around the field at the finish coach yelled at me to go push rylee so I caught up to her and pushed her and she came with me in the end. She ended up passing me again at the end but it was a good finish and I wasn't very far off of her. Solid race from everyone. We finally found out we got 2nd place by one point after a very long time of waiting

pm- best long run of the year! i felt so good. 8.5? miles with striders. We ran into middleon and up a road that ended. we ran down a mountain, more like a baby hill, but it was very fun. then we ran up the turkey farm road for a little and did some pickups down the hill. it was a very solid run. shout out to luis cuz we saw him again on our run.

| | am- just me, bal, and roberts today. a very fast run. we stayed the same distance behind the boys the whole time and i felt very good
pm- 30 easy. we ran to hotnails until the sidewalk ended, so we ran the back way to nisson park. we found a stick and dedicated it to a person that i forgot his name.

| | am- felt really solid again today. we watched a beast video dedicated to alli, and it was hilarious
pm- I really didnt want to go to practice today and do a workout. My head hurt really bad and i felt like poop. But i went cuz ditching practice is a sin. I am sooooo glad i did! We had a 100, 30 second recover and then 2x 1000,1000,400 with 5 minutes recover between sets and 3 minute recovery between everything else. Then we finshed with an all out 100.We warmed up and i started feeling better and my head stopped hurting. During the workout we had a super good pack, especially on the 1000's. the last 100, i felt so good and it was very fun! Our 1000's were supposed to be 3:55, and we ran :50, :52, :47, :47. The 400's were 1:15 and 1:14.

| | We drove up to cedar and did a workout on the region course then watched the big sky meet. We did 5 min tempo then 8x400s. It felt good. We were a little behind or right on our times the first half, then we were way ahead the second half. Then the race was fun to watch.
