| | AM 30 30 grass run. Alright practice
PM 50 12 minute warm, 20 min race, cool to 45 and striders (4 up, 4 down) Totally a beast race. Me and Caroline lead first, and at first I thought man there is a lot of fast people from other teams, but then as the race played out, we started to get all the people that started out fast. We slowly worked up, and soon we were right on the first girl. It was so weird and cool that we have such a good pack, like I knew we had a good lot of girls to pack with on the team, but not that good. It was so cool to race altogether, and in such a tightknit group. We stay together as a pack for quite a while. Then Meskerem started to take off, and Jacey and I was behind them. It was a great race and I ended 3 overall and 3 on the team. It was so swag and I love our whole team!

easy run with the girls. 4.9 miles and i felt better than this morning. not 100%. but good :) we did firestation backwards. and there is only 179 days left of school, so thats great. we should make a cross country school and we can just learn about running and incorporate running into every subject. that would be the ideal school. |

| | AM 30 Me and Alli and Jacey all ran with the boys this morning. It felt very nice, and I enjoyed it
PM 20 well, we had a relay race with desert hills and the girls' first legs and a half of the second one got to run. Then it was very lightningy so we had to get in the cars and ended up leaving. Lucky for me, I was the first leg and I got to finish. Except Idk my Time. Then some girls came over and we hung out.

| | AM 56min. 55 minutes with 5x4:00 tempos. I ran with my dad after his run. It was a good run. We ran 6.97 miles out to Warner valley. I felt way good and I very much like Saturday's.

PM 75 long run. 8 miles honestly the hardest run of my entire life. i struggled so much. it was so hot and my legs were dead after like 40 minutes. it was very hard

PM 47 Desert Relays. i was the second leg. it was hard my legs were soo tired from yesterday. I did alright during my leg of the race, lily passed me and i tried to stay on as best i could. she ended a few seconds ahead of me, but jaceys kick was awesome and she passed their 3rd leg! during the repeats i was struggling Alot!

| | AM 30 easy ac Felt WAY better this morning. me and jacey and sylvia and roberts ran and spoke chinese. jacey took a long time to figure it out haha. it was way fun and i had a great run.
PM 53 sand hills 5x1 min repeats. decent run. hard, but good. sand is hard to run on. i tried to get my knees up as best i could, but then my chest would fall so i need to work on form and being mentally tough even when its hard.

PM 35 30 easy + 4x200 Way fun run. We ran to sanburgs. It was a good time. We swam for a bit then ran barefoot back to the stream thing. It was very fun and it kinda hurt to run barefoot. Then 200's they felt good

| | AM 55 20 min warm, race, cool and striders Dope race. I felt decent. My legs were a little tired but I just tried very very hard to stay on Caroline and Meskerem. I stayed until about the last lap and they took off. I finished it out strong 8th overall. 3rd on the team. We won overall. Woohoo

PM 79 Wayyy better than last week! Felt way decent on the run. It was still way hot and we stopped for water. But it was a great run. It was way better with everyone running together 8.5 + striders. Striders weren't killer but I did all 8 and they felt solid
