Today was a grass run, so we went 15 minutes on the road and 15 on the grass. Then we did striders. 35 total/4.6 miles. It felt way good. A little fast, but it was fun :)
Then we had kids club. I joined the 7/8 boys and it was a blast and a half.
Weights at 3:00. They we beast. Me and Ry were partners and I am gonna be sore tomorrow, I can already feel it :)
