| | Am- 80 minutes. My legs were tired today. It was a decent run and I actually did pickups this week. 1,2,1,2,1
Pm-20 on the grass at sandstone. Legs felt beat

| | Am- weights and 15 minutes//1.75 miles
Pm- 10 warm, 5 tempo and then 4x1200's. I got off to a really bad start on the first repeat. I didn't even keep up with the girls for a 200. I finished at 4:55 and was about 15 seconds behind. The second was about the same. The third one though, I relaxed and krenny jumped in with me about 500 meters in. I was like 50 meters behind everyone and he helped me catch backup. I finished with the girls, and decided to do one more repeat. I stuck in the whole time. Thank heavens for krenny, or I probably would have stopped after 3. Sometimes I guess i need a little shove on my back or a person to keep me focused, cuz after that I felt a lot better. I don't think I have ever started a workout feeling crappy, and come out on the other side and feeling good. Just proves I can do harder things than I realize. 65 minutes//7.75 miles

Pm- 55 minutes. 20 minute warm, 1600, 10 minute cool. Then chilled, then 15 minute warm, 4x800, 5 min cool
The 1600 was alright, definitely not my best, but it was fine. I ran a 5:33. My last couple laps felt pretty good. The 800 was not very good at all. I felt like I was going so fast, but I was not. I dont know what my split was

| | Yay for state qualifying in the 3200. I ran a 11:41 I felt pretty good about it, but I need to work on the beginning mile. It took me a little to start going. It was fun. I threw up.
