| lunch- run 3 miles then frisbee. I'd say my team was the better one today, and we were having lots of early success, but then went down 4-1 during the official game. We scored 2 points, then someone left on the other team so I switched sides. My new team scored so won 5-3.

| AM- 8. Rainy all day, so indoors. Aaron and I both decided a Paris Mtn run wouldn't be smart as we've had 3-4 inches of rain the past few days and it was thundering that afternoon.

| AM- another chilly morning. Felt much better than yesterday. 6 miles in just over 44 minutes.
Lunch- Ultimate, 7v7. My team won 5-2 (we were probably a bit stacked). Then, a 4v4 game with points that took forever. We called it at 2-1 for my team.
