| I was 10 min late to frisbee due to kid doc appt. Hot today, 6v6. Quite the back and forth battle- my team had a number of bad throws, and the other team kept throwing it to the defense (especially me?). In the end, both teams had multiple chances to score but my team won 5-4. Then we won 3-1.

| PM- 9 people for frisbee, so we played 5v4 for a while. My team had 4. We were actually doing generally ok, but really expending lots of energy. I think we had a decent chance of winning, even though the other team had no weak players. But the other team started subbing right before the game. My team won 5-2. Later in the evening, I biked with my daughter as she ran.

| 15 people at a beautiful day for frisbee- overcast, windy, not hot. Ty dislocated his finger so I popped it back in. My team lost 3-5 then won 3-0.
Saturday, I went to one of the wettest, muddiest cross country meets of my life. There was a huge puddle that was 18 inches deep- some kids were intentionally or unintentionally diving in. It was great. It rained 2-2.5 inches today, so plenty of water.

| No official workout but did a ton of running and walking and biking as RD for the middle school cross country meet today. 12 teams, 220 runners. My boys and girls both won the team scores.
Someone pointed out to me that cross country is pretty popular at my school. 10% of the students are on the team, and another 2+% tried out but didn't make the team.

Second to last cross country race of the season today. 77% of the team set PRs at today's race, which is awesome. Both boys and girls team won with 25 points- neither team has lost this season. Next week is the conference championship. Here's hoping for a strong finish.
