Met the BBK's for a track workout. Felt okay but loved the track! I messed up on my garmin (shocking - I know). We did 400, 300, 200, 100 with equal recovery and then repeated the sequence. Massage again tonight - I would sure love to be done with this stupid injury. Ave Pace 8:57 ( missed 1 mile on the track, so it was faster than that) Happy Running!
