Good to see you for a short time this morning. The work out wasn't too bad but then again, I didn't run super fast either. What is your plan for Saturday? I'd like to do 10 but not super fast. I know Cheris is going to be gone so maybe I will be in charge and we could run my race routes to make sure the mileage is on. Let me know what you think.

Hey, it was GREAT to see your smiling self this morning, even though I did not recognize you. remember, I have been sleeping in for a long time, so I was kind of still asleep for a few miles.
