Doing good. Just moved to St. George about 4 months ago for a new job opportunity. It's been good. Feels like forever ago that I worked for abeo.

A long, lazy weekend which was perfect.   Finally got back to work - 45 min PZ ride dubbed the "washing machine" ride.  It is a favorite.   Added on a 30 min PZE ride as a cool down.  24.44 miles

Big bike day - 34 miles split up between a 60 min PZ Endurance ride and 45 min PZ Endurance ride.    Legs and endurance felt great, time in the saddle?  The last 10-15 min was not fun.

Wednesday is active recovery day.   Very easy 45 min PZE ride this morning and maybe some yoga this afternoon.

A fun endurance-building workout this morning that will serve as a key workout for the next several weeks.   2 mile warm-up and 1 mile cool down as well.

.5 mile GMP / .5 mile recovery at 30 seconds faster than normal recovery pace

.25 mile 30 seconds faster than GMP / .5 mile recover at 30 seconds faster than normal recover pace

Repeat 3 times

It feels easy to start but by the end, the workout feels a little spicy. 

The next step in a couple of weeks will be to reduce the recovery time by .1.
