Have fun and enjoy running. Work on my fear of racing and learn to enjoy this "season of chaos" that is currently my life.

4 miles with some speed thrown in along the way
4 miles with some more short intervals
21 miles on the bike - 60 min PZ ride with 5 min cool down ride. Legs are fried and I am exhausted.
22.6 miles on the bike - 45 min PZ Max ride that kicked my butt and then 30 min of endurance to cool down. ready to run tomorrow.
19 miles on the bike - PZ ride - legs are not recoverin well at all
3.35 miles of easy running on the tread and then 20 min of yoga to try to escalating recovery.
19.18 miles / 60 min PZ ride. Legs were slightly better and then 20 min of yoga.
7 miles with some speed work intervals thrown in.
10 min warm up

10 min cool down + a couple of more minutes to get to 7 miles
