Nice morning today with temp around 45 but windy.  I felt pretty good and just took it easy.  Now that weather is getting better I hope to get back into running every day.

Hi Jim, I'm back on the FRB once again. Hope all is well with you and your family.

Glad to hear from you. I have been on and off running this year and not really keeping up with it. Just life and other priorities right now. I hope you and your family are doing well and glad you are back on. Maybe you will inspire me to get going more consistently. Thanks

Yes, all doing well with the typical teenage drama from time to time. Busy with all kinds of stuff. Have to run before work most of the time. Hoping I can bounce back. No ultras planned anymore because those were what put me in the overtraining hole I think.

Hey, Jim hope thing are going good. I can really relate to life and other priorites but running and cycling give me a place to go that relaxes me and gives me some kind of outlet that I need to survive in this busy crazy world.
