AM 3.25 on the TM at a slow pace. Knee seemed to get a bit stiff as I went on. Jumped on the elliptical for 25 min or 3.05 miles.
AM 5.35 run/walk on the TM.
PM Crossfit
AM 5.65 run/walk in 60 min on the TM. This is the best the knee has felt in a couple weeks, but it got a bit sore and stiff on me towards the end and after.
AM .5 run/walk. The knee was painful so I hopped off the TM. 25 min on the stationary bike and then 1.75 miles on the elliptical.
PM Lifted for a bit and then did the elliptical for around 22 min (3 miles)
AM Ran/walked on the TM for 1.4 miles and then the knee started hurting so I lifted and then did the elliptical for 80 min.
