Felt like a different person today. Switched ordering of sessions as it was around 20 outside with a windchill and now that I have the ability to cherrypick my weather I do it.
PM: 7.6 miles, averaged 8:33. HR 159.
55' Progression + 10' CD
Kind of unplanned. It was very cold and wanted to move a bit. Started with a 10' mile and then progressed from 8:49-7:20. Likely will start some low-stakes midweeks to try to build fitness as I rebuild my base.
