Raining again. Of course. Light enough to be quite comfortable though.

Wore my Vibrams and the treadmill seemed fine. I would rather not have to run in those every time though. Service is supposed to happen Wednesday.

Calibration was off because the guy messed with the belt. The issue is still not fixed. It was better and I was able to run longer, but I am not impressed. Sent my anxiety through the roof yesterday and it was just a brutal day mentally.

PM: 4.3-mile walk w/ Megan and the boys. HR 92.

The boys are in a sleep regression, and it's very challenging. Mentally a mess right now and no idea where it came from. I'm not ready to deal with this.

Terrible week of training. First race is in September and if I can get some longer rides in I will skip it. Just need something to look forward to. The days are all the same and we are just in the house (which we love) all the time.
