MAF Test 1
1-mile WU outside very easy, then attempted a 3-mile MAF test on the treadmill, but it shut off around 28 minutes. Stayed right at the target of 139/140 BPM and adjusted accordingly as per protocol.
Zwift: 10:49 (139BPM), 11:05 (140BPM), 11:19 (140 BPM)
Manual Splits: 10:26 (137), 10:45 (140), 7:10 elapsed time (140)
Last split would have been slower for full mile. It was way too hot and humid for current fitness and target HR to run outside.
11:02 pace on the Zwift w/ footpod. 10:46 average on the treadmill w/ manual watch splits. I managed to have two HRMs and then the treadmill apparently picks up my WHOOP strap
PM: 75' on the trainer (Cumberland -3). 175W. HR 146.
Watched the Tour de France while the boys jumped for a while.
