My grandmother passed away just before 11. She was 97, healthy, and at home, so it's not a tragedy. Just a little sad and will miss her. I wish she would have been able to see the boys. We are about three weeks too late as we are going to Maine at the end of July.

PM: 42'. 4 miles, averaged 10:26. HR 150.

W/ Megan and the boys. Very comfortable weather.
