AM: 6.5 miles. HR 140. Feeling a bit better. Legs still feel a bit weak.
Walked with Remy for a little over 40 minutes.
PM: 7.25 miles. Felt really good. Warm but dry.
Finished my revisions for chapter 3, after which I instantly felt better. A little pep in my step (compared to my easy pace as of late).
