PM: 10 miles after a LONG day of camp. From the hood. Got a 3:50am wake up call. Should be able to knock out 8-10 around the base tracks after PRT. Should be a good morning of working out. Just super early.

Pm: 10 miles with 7 at progressive pace. Starting at 5:48 finishing in around 5:20s low pace. Nice quick workout.

Pm: run with mark from the BOLC class. Integrated 2x1 mile pick ups on the track. Nice to finally have some company on the run. Should get more training runs in with him.
