Little Rock Marathon (13.1 Miles) 01:11:06, Place overall: 3 | | Am: another race another weekend. Committed to all these races awhile ago without thinking . Did enough to make some cash. Felt a little heavy. Lots of stuff this weekend at the school and such. Quick turn around with the commute out there and back. Lots of snow and Ice on the way back . Long trip home. Rain and windy conditions today for the race. Next weekend off from racing

| | PM: 10 miles after school. Needed rest day yesterday, felt dead from the LONG weekend and everyone in the house being sick the last few days. Feel a slight cold coming on, but should be aiight. Felt good to sweat out the gunk from the last two days.

| | AM: Long run with Katie and the landrunners route. 20 miles on the downtown marathon course. Perfect racing weather this morning, with NO wind. Very rare for OK. Going to be in the upper 60s today with sun till 7:30 tonight. Probably get a shakeout in tonight.

Patriot 5k (3.1 Miles) 00:16:14, Place overall: 1, Place in age division: 1 | | Am: Patriot 5k on base. Nice and slippery out with the floats on. Humid weather out, felt like I could barely breath outside. Slow run , but fun nice workout. Finished cool down for 8 total. Then came back home to finish up 7 miles with jax.
