| | early pm: ran 3.5 with jax till he decided to throw in the towel and hide under a tree. Had katie come pick him up and escort him on out. Did another 4.5 solo to get 8. Finished last 4 with katie and matthew. Getting hot out for the mileage. Field training all week at Camp Bullis, so lots of sweating and sleeping in tents till Friday. Hopefully get some dirt road running in the evenings. See how it goes!

| | High noon: Finally ran again. Yikes this camp thing is killing my training mojo. But now I passed on the leadership baton so I should be able to run a little this week. Hope it happens.
Ran with Mark from the Drury trail. Hot out! probably a feels like 100 for the run, 95 actual temps. Lots of sweating which was key. Nice to run with company. Slower miles, but after all the down time I was cool with it. Finally felt normal again to get in my run.

| | PM: 10 hot miles around the hood. Pretty boring run, need to mix up the routes more. Got a lot of work to do, but the heat might make me tougher/in shape faster. First 5 in 32, second 5 hurt. New garmin helped with motivation. Got the 310XT due to my high sweat rate and the fact im always breaking my watches cuz of it. Liked the watch a lot, reminded me of my old 305, which I really liked!
