speedwork today, kind of ended up being a weird workout, 1.5 easy to warm up then right into a 1 mile uptempo, 5:42, then shut it down after .25 in 1:20 the next one, then .37 in 2:01, then .25 in 1:22, .25 in 1:25, then .62 in 3:30, total was 2.7 uptempo, the effort was what was important, esp. given how tired I've been this week after the race on Sunday then the mileage all week, 7.5 total
