3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

Short-Term Running Goals:

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

1 mile before school with Katelyn.  3 miles with Mom after school around community park.  It is fun running with them!

1 mile with Katelyn before school.

3 mile fartlek run at park with mom and dad. All of the 7 fartleks were at or under 5:50 pace. Fastest was 4:30.

1 mile run with Kate in the morning. At school we ran the mile i asked to do 3 and i did them in 18 minutes and 57 seconds. After school i ran 4 with dad at half marathon pace.

8 miles in the morning with Dad on the country roads in Manhattan, MT.  Fun to run and talk with Dad and I outkicked him at the end!  We ran it is 62 minutes.

We ran 2 miles around the school in between events at the Class B/C track meet in Bozeman, MT.
