AM. Today i went for 4 easy miles with Dad and Moxie. Praticing Form and knee drive.
PM Track Pratice. Today was a speed workout. 6 800m with a 400m rest in between. My aim was to run in 2:30's range. I Did it. One mile warm up, 3 mile workout, 1.5 rest, and 1.5 cool dwon. i out ran 2200m winners while running, they were sprinting i was just staring my 4th 800m!!!
