1.5 mile warmup, 2.5 mile, cooldown of 2 miles. we did 11x400ms repeats at race pace. we did this on rthe uneven grasy hills/plains of a local park. these were hard. we ran the 400ms with a 90 second rest in which we had to run back to the starting line. my times ere all between 1:13-1:21 so pretty fast for be on grass. I ran with the top pack and was around 5-7th on the team. it was hard and now i am tired.
