3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

3 miles easy in the morning before out relay later today.

18 hour relay at IFHS.  The first 6 miles are timed then the rest are just recorded.  3 teams fo about 16 kids each.  Started off ok but then the weather was cold and very wet with lots of rain all night long!  Intervals were ok including miles of 5:34, 5:28, 5:48 then a few slower ones due to big winds and heavy rain then just being very tired for my last timed mile.
