AM - 6 Twix/AC. Short walk and run with Twix. Then practice. Have been working on my cadence again. Hit 170 both Saturday and this morning. I don't know how people are up at 180+. (Peg green 426.25)
afternoon - 7 Old Man. Ran over with the team to do some hill circuits. Ran a little with them here and there and also did a little bit of bounding to help them out, but didn't want to anger the achilles too much. Then ran back with the boys the long way to get all our minutes. (Peg NOP 117)
