AM - 10.75 Twix/Washington Parkway. Short walk and a mile with Twix. Achilles was actually feeling decent. Run with the team was solid. Had some good pickups and a good overall pace. Temps were the best - mid 50s. Abs. (Glide 162.5)
AM - Long walk with Twix. Weights. Abs. Limited on the weights and drills - can't do anything bending because my right achilles went to crap. After the run yesterday, things went downhill quickly. Really struggling to walk even.
AM - long walk with Twix (although not as long the last two days because I'm not walking very well right now). Spent a little extra time on abs since I wasn't running this morning.
AM - 6.25 Twix/AC. Short walk and run with Twix. Practice. Yoga and abs. Felt decent today. Until I do something drastic, there will always be pain. So just try and make it bearable. (Levitate 407.75)
