AM - 8.5 Pioneer. Abs then a short, quick walk with the dog. Went up toward Pioneer Park for practice. I went out 4, then when I flipped I took a little time to help Ry get back with the girls. Then moved it on back. Felt pretty good. A little tightness in both hammies. A bit out of shape. Could use a day off of work to just sleep and relax. Rolled. (Peg green 61.25)

afternoon - 7.5 Foremaster. Ran with a few of the guys up Foremaster. It was warm for a guy that hasn't run in the afternoon in forever. And my hammies were tight and tired by the end. (Peg blue 538)
afternoon - 7.25 Dirt Mile. Ran the workout with the girls. We warmed and then did 4x4:30 at race pace. They did a great job. My legs held up just fine during the run. (Boston 87)
AM - weights, abs, rolled. Didn't even get Twix on a walk this morning. I have just been spent this week and she is taking the punishment for my extra few minutes of sleep. Sorry dog.
afternoon - 8 Green Springs. Ran with the guys this afternoon.
morning - 9 Bracken's Loop. Ran out into the desert with Twix. Wanted to go out and just enjoy the day a bit, but was limited by my hammies. So I ran for about 4.5 and then hiked for awhile and then ran the rest of the way in. Enjoyed the desert... went to a beautiful overlook that very few people know about, and just looked - over!
