My perfect day would include a run through the desert, time with my wife and girls, tasty homemade meals, and a nice nap in the middle.
AM - 12.25 Twix/Parkway. Short walk with Twix and a little run. Then practice on the Washington Parkway. Felt pretty decent. Abs. (Peg NOP 32.75)
AM - Long walk with Twix, weights, and abs.
afternoon - 7 Sullivan Trail. Pretty dang hot out still. (Levitate 50)
AM - 7.5 Twix/AC. Short walk and good run with Twix and finished it up with AC at practice. Abs. (Ravenna 300.75)
AM - long walk with Twix, weights, and abs.
afternoon - 6 GS. Was feeling okay until the very end and then just exhausted. This cold is just lingering for days. (Peg purple 270.75)
AM - Short'ish walk with Twix and then abs and yoga. Slept in a little instead of running. Just trying to get more sleep and get feeling better.
afternoon - 6 Old Man. Ran over to the hill circuit and coached 'em up over there.
Early up to a meet in Cedar, so no stress about getting something in.
