My perfect day would include a run through the desert, time with my wife and girls, tasty homemade meals, and a nice nap in the middle.
10 (w/hills) Garbage Dump - felt the best I have in months. My legs actually picked up and had a little zip.
4 treadmill @ 8 mph for first 1/2 then .1 faster for each subsequnet 1/2 to work on getting my runs a little quicker.
8 Sunrise - a bit tired again.
4 treadmill - kept it at 8.0 mph because I was a little tired, but put incline at 1%
9 Fire Station hills x 8 - plus Warm Springs and Washington Loop into the 8th ward. Took awhile to get into it. Tired from late night of fireworks.
4 (3.5 w/ team) Into Desert - could feel fatigue in legs. Wont' do another 4 today to rest a little for the rest of the week.
10 Wendy's - got to sleep till 6 AM. I felt great.
6 planned to run with club, but no one was there. So I went to Bloomington and ran up the trail. A little tired, but got into it, so I don't need as many miles tomorrow.

Green Springs - hopefully a little rest today will put some spring in my legs for tomorrow.
Quail w/ carbs - took forever to warm up. 1st 5 in 40+ mins. Next 2 sets of 5 miles in 36 min. each and cruised in.
