AM - 5.5 Twix/DI. Short walk with Twix and then a little run with a finish of 15min around DI for morning practice. Abs. Body is pretty worn down at the end of the year (so is the mind). So I am letting this week just chill a bit.
afternoon - 5.75 Muddy Sock. Wasn't planning on running this afternoon, but just decided to. It was plenty warm. (Ravenna 470.5)
