AM - long walk with Twix. Weights and abs. Got a new pair of Peg 34s (these ones weren't from the Shoe Fairy unfortunately) which means I need to kick out my two oldest shoes from the rotation. Hopefully this can help bring some improvement to the achilles.
afternoon - 6 Foremaster. Even though it isn't 110, it is still pretty warm. This is a tough time of year around here. With school and XC in full swing and not being super hot, my brain thinks it should be fall... 100 degrees is not fall. (Peg NOP 6)
