AM - 4.25 Twix/DI. Short run today, but I needed to get something in since we have a meet this afternoon. Short walk and run with Twix. Then weights and abs - wasn't able to do the full weight session because after benching my left should was in some pain. Joined the boys for the easy 15 after weights to get a little more in for the day. (Levitate 383.5)
