AM 12.75 - Twix/Pioneer.  Short walk and run with the dog to loosen up the achilles.  Out along Pioneer Parkway for practice with some pickups invovled.  Felt decent.  Still pretty worn out by the end and really can't hang on to the top guys much if they pick up the pace.  Abs.  (Peg Purple 267.25)
